In the first part, the talented mixologist will guide you through the art of crafting signature cocktails, each infused with carefully selected ingredients that offer a unique and revitalising experience. You'll learn about the medicinal properties of these ingredients, how they interact with each other, and how they can help to energise and rejuvenate your body.
In the second part of the experience, the mixologist will take you on a masterclass, where you'll learn how to recreate a personalised beverage that perfectly aligns with your individual preferences and tastes. You'll be encouraged to experiment with local flavours, tonics, and small-batch liquors, and to explore the therapeutic benefits of herbs, plants, and ingredients like ginger and honey.

Our mixologists have also taken inspiration from our garden and Izzy the Bee to create Buzzing Izzy, a relaxing potion made with chamomile and mint leaves, and The Papillae Twister - a blend of King Pineapple juice, lemongrass, and lemon for a refreshing twist.
