Responsible for maintaining 24/7 availability of all hotel IT systems (PMS, POS, network, Wi-Fi, telephony), managing incidents, overseeing servers and backups, and coordinating IT team schedules. Requires 3–5 years in IT operations, knowledge of Opera PMS, Simphony POS, Windows/VMware, and structured cabling.
