Waiter

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards

• Ensure tables and service areas are clean and properly set at all times

• Provide product knowledge and make appropriate recommendations

• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally

• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service procedure

PROFILE:

• Proven experience as Waiter.

• Minimum of SC or NC3 Food and Beverage

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Passion for excellent customer service.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

• Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively

• Third language will be an advantage
