Talent Acquisition & Experience Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition & Experience Executive to join our Talent Experience Team. In this pivotal role, you will shape, execute, and elevate our talent acquisition strategy while championing an exceptional employee experience across the resort. You will work closely with the Head of Talent Experience with recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management and day-to-day HR functions, ensuring our people feel valued, supported, and aligned with our service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management or senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, job boards, and modern recruitment tools.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and administrative skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on a broad range of projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience handling queries and ad-hoc HR initiatives
• Proactive, opportunity-driven, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with a positive “can-do” attitude.
