Sports Organisor

We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, and professional Sports Organiser to join our vibrant team and elevate our recreational offerings.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse range of engaging sports programs tailored for guests of all ages and fitness levels.
• Personalize sports sessions based on guest needs, preferences, and fitness goals.
• Oversee use of sports facilities and equipment, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Manage inventory of sports gear and liaise with suppliers for repair or replacement.
• Collect guest feedback and constantly improve the sports program.

PROFILE -

• Excellente communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in organizing or leading sports and recreational activities, ideally within a hospitality environment.
• Ability to teach a range of activities such as aqua aerobics, beach games, and group fitness.
