Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe transportation of guests, associates, and goods between the mainland and the island.
• Operate and navigate boats safely in accordance with maritime regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading of passengers and supplies.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of vessels.
• Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations.

Profile

• Valid Skipper’s License/Certificate.
• Previous experience operating passenger or commercial vessels.
• Good knowledge of maritime safety procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• First Aid and Rescue certification would be an advantage.
