Responsibilities — Sales & Events Executive

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activities and networking.
  • Promote hotel facilities, accommodation, meeting spaces, weddings, conferences, and special events.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
  • Conduct site visit and guests' meetings to showcase the property's offerings.
  • Coordinate with operational departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and wedding organizers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare event orders and ensure all client requirements are communicated accurately to operational teams.
  • Follow up with guests before, during, and after events to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database and sales pipeline.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities when required.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Profile — Sales & Events Executive

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in organizing corporate events, weddings, conferences, or social functions is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Canvas and any other tool.
  • Knowledge of hotel sales systems and CRM platforms would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, French and any third language will be an advantage.
