RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.

• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence and performance targets.

• Develop and implement innovative restaurant concepts, promotions, and themed experiences aligned with the Company Standards.

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for digital platforms (e.g. social media, internal promotions, marketing campaigns).

• Leverage technology to optimize operations, reporting, reservations, POS systems, and guest engagement.

• Monitor budgets, costs, and revenues while driving profitability.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, culinary, and management teams to enhance brand visibility and positioning.

PROFILE:

• A holder of a Diploma in Hotel Management or any alternative qualification would be an advantage.

• Candidate must have least 2 years as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager and be fully conversant with Restaurant Operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
• Third language will be an advantage
