Restaurant Hostess

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.

• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.

• Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and feedback politely.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.

• Uphold the restaurant’s service standards and brand image.

PROFILE:

• Proven experience as Restaurant Hostess or in a similar position.

• Minimum of SC or NC3 Food and Beverage.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Passion for excellent customer service.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

• Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.

• Third language will be an advantag
