As Recreation Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a diverse range of recreational and leisure activities ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional 5-star experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct daily recreational and leisure activities for guests.
• Organise engaging activities for adults, families, and children.
• Encourage guest participation while maintaining a warm, professional, and welcoming approach.
• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in accordance with resort standards.
• Assist with the organisation of special events, themed activities, sports and games,
• Maintain recreation areas, equipment, and facilities to the highest standards.
• Interact with guests professionally and respond to their requests and feedback.
• Work closely with other resort departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Promote a positive, fun, and vibrant atmosphere throughout the resort.

Profile

• Previous experience in recreation, leisure, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A naturally friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.
• Confidence in engaging with guests of different ages and nationalities.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• The ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude.
• First Aid/CPR certification and additional recreational or sports qualifications would be an advantage.
