Outlets Controller

The Outlet Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the daily operations of the resort’s F&B outlets to ensure proper adherence to internal control procedures and cost efficiency. The role focuses on verifying sales, consumption, and stock movements, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting the Cost Controller in maintaining profitability and compliance with Sunlife Group’s standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Verify that all F&B sales are properly recorded in the POS system and reconcile with the system reports.
  • Monitor and control voids, discounts, complimentary items, and transfers between outlets.
  • Conduct spot checks on bar and restaurant stocks to ensure accuracy and proper storage.
  • Assist in periodic and monthly physical stock counts and ensure alignment with system records.
  • Assist in analysing outlet performance in terms of cost of sales and profitability.
  • Prepare and submit daily control reports to the Cost Controller.
  • Ensure all F&B outlets comply with company policies on inventory control, cash handling, and food safety.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling financial and operational data

PROFILE:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Hospitality Management, or Cost Control.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, inventory control, and cost analysis.
  • Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros) and inventory software.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
