Responsible for the effective implementation of the L&D action plan in the Business Unit through a structured organization, coordination, and administration and with a focus on creating a ‘WOW’ learning experience for our team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Training Organisation: -
- Training Schedule
- Training Invitation
- Organise logistics (venue, registration, attendance
sheets, etc…)
Implementation of Training Plan
- Effective Coordination (Head Office, Trainers, HOD’s,
Participants)
Training Delivery
- Corporate Programmes
- Induction
- Grooming
Post Training Evaluation
- Participate in post Training Evaluation
Training Administration & Finance
- HRDC Admin
- HRDC G1 online application
- HRDC G3 online application
- Follow Up refund
- Training Expenses & Budget Monitor Training expenses / Training Budget
Training Reporting
- Keeping proper Training Records & filing
- Provide Training Report to Mgt & HO in a timely manner
PROFILE:
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Proven experience as trainer or in training administration
- ‘Train the Trainer’ courses will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of the hotel operations.
