Profile :

• Holds a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Is passionate about people and their well-being

• Has a curious mind and loves learning new things

• Is comfortable exploring AI tools and digital platforms

• Is analytical, organized and great with numbers

• Communicates with warmth and confidence

Responsibilities :

• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and assisting in onboarding new employees

• Assist in the planning and coordination of training, workshops, and employee development programs

• Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback collection

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs

• Help manage HR communications, including internal announcements and newsletters

• Provide administrative support to the HR team in payroll, attendance tracking, and HR reporting

• Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and compliance audits
