RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and ensure accurate attendance management across all departments.
• Process payroll efficiently and in full compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in attendance, overtime, leave, and benefits entries through close coordination with HODs.
• Maintain and update employee records in both AgViperTex and Sicorax.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, leave balances, etc).
• Support HR administrative tasks including onboarding, contract preparation, and employee welfare initiatives.
• Contribute actively to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness in all payroll and HR processes.

PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in AgViperTex and Sicorax software is a strong advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic resort environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
