Responsibilities - HR Coordinator

• Promote communication, support, and guidance
• Be the joining forces between generations
• Deliver exceptional service to our team members
• Act as an HR generalist
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a welcoming and equitable workplace for all
• Organize welfare activities and recognition programs
• Assist in recruitment tasks such as job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in Human Resources Information System

Profile - HR Coordinator

• Holder of a Diploma in Human Resources/Hotel Management/Information Technology or any other relevant field
• At least 3 years of working experience with Vipertex and Sicorax HRMS knowledge as arm forces
• Proactive, creative & down to earth; Has excellent organisational and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Has an eye for details and is a good listener
• Is patient, helpful and focuses on delivering excellent service
• Is honest, trustworthy, supportive and be an example for others
• Has sound knowledge of local labour laws
• Ready to work under pressure and sometimes longer hours to make things happen
