Main Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair works.
• Carry out minor plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing taps, and clearing blockages.
• Undertake basic carpentry work such as repairing doors, furniture, locks, and fixtures.
• Conduct minor masonry and tiling repairs.
• Assist with the installation, assembly, and relocation of equipment and furniture.
• Support emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.

Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry, and general repair works.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, reliable, and service-oriented.
• Should be prepared to work on shift system, Public Holidays and Sundays.
