The resort offers two swimming pools, including one of the largest hotel pools in Mauritius, seven restaurants and bars, a tea lounge, fitness centre, full-service spa, and the best nightlife in Mauritius.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor

• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with care

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service

• Maintain accurate guest records, billing information and cash handling

• Uphold the standards and reputation of a five-star resort

PROFILE:

• Holder of a Higher School Certificate or NC 3 Front Office or any alternative qualifications

• Previous experience in a resort environment preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-focused mindset

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Proficiency in hotel management systems is an advantage
