Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Handle guest queries;
• Promote Ile Aux Cerfs outlets with walk-on guests;
• Process ticket sales, reservations, and amendments;
• Provide accurate information on services, schedules, and pricing;
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest journeys;
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain transaction accuracy;
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Profile:

• Minimum: School Certificate (SC)
• 2–3 years experience in guest service, front-office, ticketing, or customer-facing roles;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of ticketing or reservation systems (an advantage);
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a passion for service excellence.
