Guest Service Agent – German Speaking

Main Responsibilities
- Assist in pre-arrival preparations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Meet and greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities and hotel services.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure guest expectations are met by delivering efficient, friendly, attentive, and personalized service.
- Identify, recognize, and provide special attention to regular and VIP guests.
- Organize guest birthdays, wedding anniversaries, honeymoons, and special events.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct courtesy calls during guest stay to ensure satisfaction.
- Collect and communicate guest feedback to relevant departments.
- Liaise closely with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and coordinate room cleaning.
- Communicate room vacancy status for cleaning and follow up on maintenance requests.
- Organize room decoration, room moves, and room changes when required.
- Be fully conversant with Front Office systems such as Opera PMS, Telephone System, Key Encoding System, Microsoft Teams, and SUN App.
Profile
- Fluent in German and English (spoken & written) – mandatory
- Previous experience in Front Office / Guest Service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
