Responsibilities – Guest Service Agent

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine Mauritian hospitality, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at every stage.
• Communicate confidently and effectively with Russian- and German-speaking guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalised assistance throughout their stay.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, restaurants, activities, excursions and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle guest accounts, room allocations, reservations and other Front Office administrative duties in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Proactively identify opportunities to personalise guest interactions and exceed expectations, while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
• Uphold the hotel’s grooming, presentation and service standards at all times.

Profile – Guest Service Agent

• Fluency in German, with a good command of English and/or French.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Flexi-time schedule available.
• Previous experience in Guest Services would be an advantage.
