Main Responsibilities

• Ensure a warm welcome to all guests.
• Ensure all golfers have checked in with the pro-shop prior to teeing off.
• Verify all golfers start at their assigned tee times.
• Ensure that amenity program is being respected.
• Answer member and guest's questions.
• Provide highest level of service.
• Ensure all golfers are moving at an acceptable pace and follow rules of the course.
• Responsible for daily golf carts set-up.

Profile

• Holder of a School Certificate or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Should be prepared to work on shift system, Public Holidays and Sundays.
• Pleasant and outgoing personality.
• Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, flexible and disciplined.
• Good team spirit.
• Previous experience would be an advantage.
