About the opportunity

We are hiring a Digital Learning & Development (L&D) Champion for a 3-month period to support the design and delivery of engaging L&D projects, with a strong focus on creativity, design thinking, and the use of AI tools to enhance learning experiences.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build a strong portfolio, and develop practical skills in AI and digital learning design, while working closely with the Operations team on key projects.

The selected candidate will be assigned an onboarding project to create an onboarding kit for supervisor level in a creative and engaging way. He/She will be using Canva and AI tools to develop the content, with the ultimate goal of delivering a project that will be used in a real business environment.

Digital L&D Champion - Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of Digital L&D projects by developing engaging visual content (presentations, guides, videos, etc.)
• Use AI tools to create, enhance, and optimize learning materials

Digital L&D Champion - Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field
• Creative and innovative approach
• Familiarity with digital tools, AI and Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint or similar tools)
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Organised with attention to detail
