RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts
- Support the Chef de Partie in daily operations
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as required
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all pastry and bakery items
- Collaborate with the broader culinary team to ensure smooth operations and efficient kitchen operations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proven experience in pastry and bakery preparations
- Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and presentation
- Solid knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and modern dessert trends
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
