RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly costs across all departments
• Develop and implement cost control systems to minimize waste and maximize profitability
• Monitor and control outlet expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and operational levels
• Prepare and analyse financial reports (revenue, COGS, profit margins, F&B costs, labour, menu pricing, etc.)
• Implement inventory control measures and maintain optimal stock levels
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate cost-related data and documentation
• Collaborate with outlet teams to ensure smooth period closures and financial accuracy
• Deliver timely, insightful cost-related reports to senior management
• Support the finance team with other relevant tasks

PROFILE

• Holder of a Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications in a related field
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role would be an advantage
• Open to candidates currently studying or in junior roles — an excellent opportunity for career development
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of other IT tools is an advantage
• Proactive, with leadership potential and the ability to work well under pressure
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and inventory management systems
• Experience using financial software such as Opera Cloud, TNG, and Simphony
• Passionate about learning, growth-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing finance team
• Comfortable working with data, systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
