As the Company Doctor at Sunlife, you will be on a service agreement and play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees. You will be responsible for providing medical care, conducting health assessments, and promoting wellness initiatives within the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our employees while contributing to a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct medical examinations and assessments for employees;
• Provide diagnosis and treatment for illnesses and injuries;
• Prescribe medications and administer treatment or therapy to treat or prevent illness and injury;
• Develop and implement health promotion programs and initiatives;
• Make recommendations and provide advice to HR and management team in view of improving and ensuring employee well-being;
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution;
• Valid medical license and board certification;
• Minimum 3 years of experience practicing as a doctor;
• Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease.
