Main Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Sommelier in the daily operations of the wine service.
• Support wine recommendations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain the wine cellar and inventory.
• Participate in tastings, training and wine events.
• Share your passion and continue to grow your wine knowledge.

Profile

• Passion for wine and hospitality.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in a fine dining environment.
• WSET Level 1.
• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused mindset.
• A team player with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
