Main Responsibilities

• Welcome golfers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage golf check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Process tee-time bookings and payments.
• Handle sales of golf merchandise, equipment, and accessories.
• Maintain accurate records and cash handling procedures.
• Assist guests with golf-related enquiries and services.
• Ensure the Pro Shop is well-organized, stocked, and presented at all times.
• Coordinate with the Golf Operations team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Profile

• School Certificate (SC) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or golf operations would be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
