RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with established standards.

• Create classic and innovative cocktails with precision and flair.

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Handle cash and process payments accurately.

• Work closely with the F&B team to maintain seamless service during peak hours and special events.

PROFILE:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel, 5-star resort, or high-end establishment.

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and mixology techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Relevant hospitality certification is an advantage
