Bar Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with established standards.

• Create classic and innovative cocktails with precision and flair.

• Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar staff to maintain 5-star service standards.

• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails.

• Monitor stock levels, oversee inventory control, and minimize waste.

• Assist with ordering, supplier coordination, and cost control.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.

• Support the Bar Manager in achieving revenue targets and guest satisfaction goals.

• Assist with scheduling and staff performance management.

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Handle cash and process payments accurately.

• Work closely with the F&B team to maintain seamless service during peak hours and special events.

PROFILE:

• Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end establishment.

• Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, spirits, and bar operations.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Relevant hospitality qualifications are an advantage.
