The Account Officer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of daily financial transactions. This role includes managing bank postings, performing weekly bank reconciliations, processing supplier payments (including wire transfers and credit card authorizations), and assisting with month-end financial analysis. The Account Officer collaborates with the finance team to resolve ledger discrepancies, supports inventory and fixed asset management, and aids in the preparation of periodic tax returns and audit processes.

The Cluster Banking Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating all banking-related operations for the three entities within the cluster. The role ensures efficient cash management, accurate bank reconciliations, compliance with internal controls, and timely processing of all banking transactions in accordance with the Group’s financial policies and procedures.

The Receiving Officer is responsible for the accurate and efficient receipt of all goods delivered to the property. The role ensures that all incoming items are verified against purchase orders, properly recorded, stored under appropriate conditions, and compliant with company policies and procedures. The position supports cost control and inventory accuracy within the organisation.

The Outlet Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the daily operations of the resort’s F&B outlets to ensure proper adherence to internal control procedures and cost efficiency. The role focuses on verifying sales, consumption, and stock movements, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting the Cost Controller in maintaining profitability and compliance with Sunlife Group’s standards.

The Storekeeper is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and supplies. This role is vital in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient stock movement, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
