Teens Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Sunlife family as Teens Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

• Responsible for the growth and development of the day-to-day operations of an expanding teenage community within the Teens Boys &Girls Club.
• Responsible for the effective delivery of broad range of activities and programs geared specifically for teens within the core program areas of : Health and Life Skills, the Arts, Sports, Fitness, Recreation, and Social Justice ;
• Promote and stimulate program participation especially with Wrap Around the activities.
• Provide guidance and support as a positive role model; Communicate with parent/guardians for activities or any important information.
• Effectively plan and implement a wide variety of programs, services and activities for guests that represent the 5-core program areas.
• Supervise and discipline members within the program areas as well as throughout the clubs as deemed appropriate.
• Complete necessary reports, sign out sheets and maintain records as needed.
• Document incident/ accident reports when needed (IMR).

PROFILE -

• Holder of a High School Certificate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
• At least 2 years of related working experience in management, finance or accounting field.
• Team player and self-motivated.
• Leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
