Sports Organisor

We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, and professional Sports Organiser to join our vibrant team and elevate our recreational offerings.

PROFILE :

• Holder of a SC Certificate
• Holder of a valid Lifeguard Certification
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in organizing or leading sports and recreational activities, ideally within a hospitality environment
• Ability to teach a range of activities such as Aqua Gym, Beach Games and Group Fitness.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse range of engaging sports programs tailored for guests of all ages and fitness levels.
• Personalize sports sessions based on guest needs, preferences, and fitness goals.
• Oversee use of sports facilities and equipment, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Manage inventory of sports gear and liaise with suppliers for repair or replacement.
• Collect guest feedback and constantly improve the sports program.
• Monitor guests in pool and beach areas to ensure their safety
• Respond quickly and professionally to any emergencies, administering first air or CPR as needed.
