Quality Assurance Management Trainee

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Management Trainee to join our dynamic team at our 5-star property for a one-year placement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance programs across all departments.
• Support food safety standards and ensure compliance with hygiene protocols (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
• Participate in regular internal audits and external inspections.
• Maintain detailed documentation and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Engage with team members in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.

PROFILE

• A recent graduate or diploma holder in Hospitality, Food Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of food safety principles and quality control procedures.
• Comfortable supporting audits and inspection routines.
• Outgoing, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player.
• Eager to develop a career in quality assurance within luxury hospitality.
