Learning & Development Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate who is interested to join our Learning and Development Team. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the daily L&D operations at Sugar Beach Hotel

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Training planning and organisation;
  • Implementation of Training and onboarding Plan;
  • Delivery of training;
  • Post Training Evaluation;
  • Training Administration & Finance;
  • Reporting to Management.

PROFILE

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources / Tourism Management;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in L&D or Hotel operations;
  • Has training & Presentation Skills; Well versed with Microsoft Office tools;
  • Good Planning & Organisational Skills;
  • Ability to process and interpret figures.
  • Report-writing skills.
