Learning & Development Coordinator
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate who is interested to join our Learning and Development Team. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the daily L&D operations at Sugar Beach Hotel
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training planning and organisation;
- Implementation of Training and onboarding Plan;
- Delivery of training;
- Post Training Evaluation;
- Training Administration & Finance;
- Reporting to Management.
PROFILE
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources / Tourism Management;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in L&D or Hotel operations;
- Has training & Presentation Skills; Well versed with Microsoft Office tools;
- Good Planning & Organisational Skills;
- Ability to process and interpret figures.
- Report-writing skills.
