Human Resources Officer
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to ensure the smooth and accurate processing of attendance, payroll, and reporting to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee and ensure accurate attendance management across all departments.
- Process payroll efficiently and in full compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in attendance, overtime, leave, and benefits entries through close coordination with HODs.
- Maintain and update employee records in both AgViperTex and Sicorax systems.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave balances).
- Support HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, contract preparation, and employee welfare.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness in all payroll and HR processes.
PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in AgViperTex and Sicorax is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic resort environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
