Human Resources Officer

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to ensure the smooth and accurate processing of attendance, payroll, and reporting to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversee and ensure accurate attendance management across all departments.
  • Process payroll efficiently and in full compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy in attendance, overtime, leave, and benefits entries through close coordination with HODs.
  • Maintain and update employee records in both AgViperTex and Sicorax systems.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave balances).
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, contract preparation, and employee welfare.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness in all payroll and HR processes.

PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in AgViperTex and Sicorax is a strong advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic resort environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
