Guest Service Agent
As Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Welcome and check-in guests efficiently, providing a smooth arrival experience
- Manage guest check-outs, process payments, and handle billing accurately
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Maintain accurate guest records and uphold data privacy standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel system
- Uphold brand standards and deliver consistently excellent customer service
PROFILE :
- A minimum of SC/O’Level or NC3 Front Office
- At least 2 years of working experience in similar position.
- Excellente communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera) is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
