As Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Welcome and check-in guests efficiently, providing a smooth arrival experience
  • Manage guest check-outs, process payments, and handle billing accurately
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Maintain accurate guest records and uphold data privacy standards
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel system
  • Uphold brand standards and deliver consistently excellent customer service

PROFILE :

  • A minimum of SC/O’Level or NC3 Front Office
  • At least 2 years of working experience in similar position.
  • Excellente communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera) is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
