Cost Controller

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Sunlife family as Cost Controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor food and beverage performance through preparation and analysis of recipe costing, daily food covers, sales and cost reports with detailed analysis per outlets.
• Participate in the monthly, quarterly and year-end inventories (Food, Beverage,
• Linen, Spa, Opex & Other materials stocks) to effectively control and minimise loss.
• Prepare the month end closing process and report.
• Control and register the flow of goods in and out from the following areas: receiving, storerooms, main kitchen, F&B outlets; and
• Receive and verify the suppliers’ invoices and monthly statements matching invoices and receiving slips against purchase orders.

PROFILE:

• Holder of a High School Certificate. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and IT will be an advantage.
• At least 2 years of related working experience in management, finance or accounting field.
• Team player and self-motivated; and
• Proactive, having leadership skills and able to work under pressure.
