Accounts Clerk
We are seeking an Accounts Clerk to join the team at La Pirogue.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completes payment and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
- Charges expenses to accounts & cost centres by analysing invoice/expense and recording entries.
- Ensures credit is received for outstanding payments.
- Provides support to Cost Controllers in performing cognate duties as assigned.
- Matches and files invoices and receipts.
- Distributes invoice copies to finance associates and other relevant departments.
PROFILE:
- Holder of HSC and/or minimum ACCA Level 1.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proficient user of Excel/ Opera/Symphony.
- Experience in Hotel Industry operations would be an advantage.
- Should have a pleasant and extrovert personality.
- Ready to work odd hours.
- Should be hard working, responsible and dedicated.
