Terms and conditions of participation

By providing the requested information, I confirm that I am hereby consenting to my child participating in the Sugar Beach Junior Croquet Camp which is jointly organised by Sunlife Hotel Management Ltd (“Sunlife”) and Wolmar Sun Hotels Limited trading as “Sugar Beach Resort” (“Sugar Beach Resort”). I further confirm having voluntarily agreed to communicate to Sunlife and/or Sugar Beach Resort personal information relating to me and to my child including but not limited to, name, surname, national identity card/passport number, date of birth, email address, residential address or telephone number in case of emergency.  I understand and agree that:

1. I have been made aware of the activities carried out during the Sugar Beach Junior Croquet Camp;
   
   
2. by participating in the Sugar Beach Junior Croquet Camp, my child will have to comply with all rules applicable to such activities and adhere to the standards of conduct expected whilst participating in such activities;
   
   
3. there is an inherent risk of injury in any sports activities and the participation of my child in the Sugar Beach Junior Croquet Camp involves such degree of risks including but not limited to, risk of injuries;
   
   
4. after assessing and considering the risks associated with the activities carried out during the Sugar Beach Junior Croquet Camp, I hereby consent to my child’s participation in the Sugar Beach Junior Croquet Camp on the understanding that Sunlife, Sugar Beach Resort, its affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, agents and/or préposés shall not be liable for loss, damage and/or injuries caused by, arising out of or in connection with the participation of my child in the Sugar Beach Junior Croquet Camp. I therefore release Sunlife, Sugar Beach Resort, its affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, agents and/or préposés from any and all claims and/or liability caused by, arising out of or in connection with this participation;
   
   
5. Sunlife and/or Sugar Beach Resort shall in their/its sole discretion determine the activities to be carried out during the Sugar Beach Junior Croquet Camp and the date(s) of such activities;
   
   
6. any personal information provided by me shall be used and protected in line with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of personal data, including the Data Protection Act 2017 (as amended) and any applicable regulations (including without limitation the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), as amended from time to time.

Promotion and marketing

The Sugar Beach Junior Croquet Camp shall be publicly promoted locally and internationally by Sunlife and/or Sugar Beach Resort and such promotion may entail photographs being taken and/or video(s) being recorded during the activities carried out as part of the Sugar Beach Junior Croquet Camp. I hereby consent to the said photograph(s) and/or videos of my child and I to be taken, recorded, uploaded, displayed, transmitted, distributed, copied, edited, reproduced and/or otherwise used locally and internationally by Sunlife and/or Sugar Beach Resort as part of the promotion and marketing of the Sugar Beach Junior Croquet Camp.

How do I withdraw my consent?  

I understand and agree that the consent given herein may be withdrawn at any time. Should I decide to withdraw the consent, I shall promptly inform Sunlife and/or Sugar Beach Resort in writing, by email to [to add email address].
