International Croquet Cup 2027

Join us for the Sugar Beach International Croquet Cup 2027, where elegance meets excellence on the lawn. This prestigious event takes place from March 07th to March 12th, 2026, at the glamorous Sugar Beach. The competition promises thrilling matches, including doubles and singles competitions, masterclasses, and social events.

Tournament Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival Day - Sunday 07th March 2027
Check-in at Sugar Beach. Get settled into your room and have a dip in the pool.Croquet lawns open for practice. Welcome cocktail at The Deck followed by welcome dinner at Le Patio.

Day 2 - Doubles Competition - Monday 08th March 2027
Doubles competition blocks followed by doubles knockouts. Drinks on the lawns during the final.
Team Dinner at Mare Mare

Day 3 - Masterclass & Singles Blocks - Tuesday 09th March 2027
GC Masterclass with Jenny Clarke. Singles qualifying blocks A & B. Players from other groups can explore the hotel or go for a round of golf at Tamarina Golf Club. Dinner at Buddha-Bar Beach.

Day 4 - Singles Blocks - Wednesday 10th March 2027
Singles qualifying blocks C & D, followed by singles qualifying blocks E & F. Mauritian Night at Le Patio.

Day 5 - Singles Finals - Thursday 11th March 2027
Plate playoffs followed by knockout finals and the grand final. Prize-giving and drinks on the lawns.
Gala dinner at Maré Maré Beach Restaurant.

Day 6 - Departure day - Friday 12th March 2027
Relax by the pool, lunch at Le Patio and soak up the last moments at Sugar Beach.

Our 2026 Champion Returns

Dom Aarvold

We’re delighted to welcome back Dom Aarvold, our reigning champion. Now one of the UK’s top players, he represents Bristol Croquet Club and has won multiple major titles, including the 2025 GC English National Doubles Championship.

Dom claimed his first international victory in Mauritius at the Sugar Beach International Croquet Cup 2026 and returns this year to defend his title.
