Experience some of the finest gastronomy in Mauritius at our signature restaurant, where an open kitchen creates an interactive dining experience and chefs personalise each dish à la minute.
Begin the day with a sumptuous breakfast featuring international favourites and local specialities. By evening, enjoy themed dinners crafted from the freshest ingredients, offering new flavours to discover every night.
