At Bliss, our beachside restaurant, savour Mediterranean and Mauritian cuisine reimagined with style — a vibrant lunch experience designed to delight the senses. In the evening, the venue can be fully privatised for unforgettable gatherings by the sea.

Il Forno Restaurant

Overlooking the 18th hole of the Ernie Els golf course, Il Forno offers a relaxed clubhouse-style lunch by day. In the evening, it transforms into a warm trattoria, serving authentic Italian dishes paired with a curated selection of wines — the perfect setting for la dolce vita in Mauritius.
