Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our team. The Quality Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our resort. This individual will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and continuously improving our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyse data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and support staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
