Requirements:

• Holder of a School Certificate or equivalent;
• Holder of a Diploma in Pastry Preparation or equivalent from a recognised Hotel or Culinary School will be an advantage;
• Minimum of three (3) working years experience in a similar position;
• Experience in managing food cost (including product stock and equipment) and in ensuring excellent culinary experience;
• Ability to lead and manage the Pastry brigade; and
• Ability to achieve world-class standards.
