We are looking for a lively, passionate, and digitally savvy HR Coordinator who puts people first, dreams and feels proud with the very first thought of being part of La Pirogue’s family.

  • Be the joining forces between generations.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our team members.
  • Act as an HR generalist.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a welcoming and equitable workplace for all.
  • Organize welfare activities and recognition programs.
  • Assist in recruitment tasks such as job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in Human Resources Information System.
  • Assist in payroll process.


  • Holder of a Diploma in Human Resources/Hotel Management/Information Technology or any other relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience with Vipertex and Sicorax HRMS knowledge as arm forces.
  • Proactive, creative & down to earth.
  • Has excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Has an eye for details and is a good listener.
  • Is patient, helpful and focuses on delivering excellent service.
  • Is honest, trustworthy, supportive and be an example for others.
  • Has sound knowledge of local labour laws.
  • Ready to work under pressure and sometimes longer hours to make things happen.
