Head Waiter

Are you a dynamic, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house team. As a pivotal part of our restaurant, you’ll have the opportunity to work in an exciting environment, guiding and inspiring a dedicated team while providing top-tier service to our valued guests.

PROFILE

• Above 24 years of age.
• Good command of English and French.
• Good Appearance.
• Knowledge of a third language will be an advantage.
• Studied up to School Certificate/NTC 3.
• At least 5 years' experience as a qualified waiter or 2 years as an order taker.
• Candidates should be prepared to work odd hours, late shifts, Public Holidays and Sundays.
• Candidates should have the ability to work within a team as the position requires interfacing with all Management staff.
• Salary and conditions of employment will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
