Head Waiter

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead the associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Take and manage reservations efficiently.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the dining area.
• Maintain high service quality, presentation, and professionalism.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Train and mentor junior waiters to enhance their performance.
• Assist in inventory management and order supplies as needed

PROFILE:

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role.
• Minimum of SC or NC3 Food and Beverage
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
• Third language will be an advantage
