Food & Beverage Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure monthly F&B forecast are achieved for all outlets.
- Strictly adhere to operating expenses and ensure all costs are controlled in all outlets; monitor and analyse menus and products of competitive restaurants and bars.
- Assign responsibilities to subordinates and check their performance periodically.
- Assist and coach in the operation and be visible during peak times.
- Develop departmental trainers and assign training responsibilities.
- Handle guests' complaints, requests and enquiries on F&B and service.
- Be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different outlets.
- Control requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies for the outlets.
- Establish a rapport with guests; maintain good customer relationship and assist in updating guest history.
- In charge of MICE.
PROFILE
- Holder of a degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- Strong F&B background to provide strategic leadership direction to the F&B department.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and French (a third language will be an advantage).
- Should be creative, innovative and service oriented.
- Proactive person who is able to work under pressure and odd hours.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office Tools.
