F&B Cost Controller

Main responsibilities

  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate with store to ensure proper storage
  • Platform inventory inspections
  • Establish professional relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure cost-effective products and services are provided to the hotel with consistent quality
  • Review monthly orders and consumption
  • Ensure discrepancies in purchase orders and invoices are reconciled within the month
  • Assist with deliveries where required
  • Prepare yearly Opex requirement
  • Assist in monthly inventory (Opex Store & Beverage Store)


  • Between 20 - 30 years of age
  • Holder of a school certificate
  • Good knowledge of ERP and Excel would be an advantage
  • Team player and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexible hours and tight deadlines
  • Versatile and excellent communication skills
  • Good analytical mind and eye for detail
